A routine server sweep found malicious PHP payloads disguised as GIFs inside Magento custom option quote uploads. The files were quarantined, quote records cleaned, Nginx hardened, and the abused upload destination locked down.

Admin Fix

Cloudflare Header Conflict — WYSIWYG Save Failure

Magento’s product editor stopped saving descriptions after a Cloudflare security update. I traced it to COEP headers and Speculation Rules, then restored the admin without disabling Cloudflare completely.

Root cause: Cloudflare COEP / Speculation headers
Fix: Apache rules blocking problematic CDN injections
Result: WYSIWYG and product saving restored
